• Specialized in getting even the most difficult properties approved: We have done several projects for sites with limited space, bedrock, shallow water table, close proximity to open water, river bank lots, steep slopes, expanding clays, soft sands, and every other problem in between. Working closely with local health departments we have found solutions for some of the most difficult properties in the state.

Each septic system we install is custom built with a pre-manufactured water-tight lid and seamless risers brought to the surface. You can call the septic tank manufacturers to verify - but we are the only company in Utah to do this. Additionally we put access risers over the d-boxes and all valve boxes. This ensures that there is acess to all the critical components to your system without having to dig up the entire yard. 

• Education: Currently we're the only company in the state of Utah to become accredited with the National Environmental Health Association in advanced wastewater treatment. President Benn Witt has a B.S. Degree in Environmental Health from BYU, is Level 3 Certified in Wasterwater Design, and is a licensed S-390 Treatment System contractor. Lead Technician Phillip Witt has a B.S. degree in chemistry from Utah Valley University. 

• Expertise in State & County Codes: State and County codes are constantly changing. We participate in rule revisions committees in Summit, Wasatch, Salt Lake, and Utah counties as well as at the state level. We're actively involved in any proposed rule changes on state or local levels. If something isn't possible today, but might be in the future, we'll be the first to know.
